Monument Path is a service that helps families take the first step in the memorial planning process. We collect only the information necessary to connect you with a monument professional and keep your data safe.

When you use our intake form, we collect:
- Memorial information: Who the memorial is for
- Contact information: Your name, phone number, and optionally your email address
- Contact preference: Whether you prefer to be contacted by phone or email
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Send your intake information to the monument professional you were referred from
- Send you a confirmation email (if you provided an email address)
Information Sharing
Your information is shared only with the monument professional indicated by the referral link you used. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Data Retention
We do not store your intake information in a database. Your information is transmitted directly to the monument professional via email. Temporary session data stored in your browser is cleared when you complete the intake process.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information during transmission, including HTTPS encryption. Our service is protected by Cloudflare's security infrastructure.
Your Rights
You have the right to contact the monument professional directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies and browser storage only for the functionality of the intake form. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which may set necessary security cookies. We do not use analytics tracking or advertising cookies.
